I agree to observe and obey all posted rules and warnings, and follow any oral instructions given by the instructor, or the employees, representatives, or agents of Sacred Fusion Yoga.

I recognize that there are certain inherent rules associated with the activity described above and I assume full responsibility for personal injury to myself, and further release and discharge, Sacred Fusion Yoga, for injury, loss of damage arising out of my presence upon the facilities of Sacred Fusion Yoga, whether caused by the fault of myself, Sacred Fusion Yoga, or other third parties.

I agree to indemnify and defend, Sacred Fusion Yoga, against all claims, causes of litigation costs, which may in any way arise from my use or presence upon the facilities upon Sacred Fusion Yoga.

I agree to pay for all damages to the facilities of, Sacred Fusion Yoga, caused by my negligent, reckless, or willful actions.

Any legal or equitable claim that may arise from participation in the above shall be resolved under California law.
