During the Restorative Yoga session, you will be guided through gentle poses designed to release tension and promote deep relaxation. The soothing movements will help you connect with your body and calm your mind. 

While also immersing yourself in a Sound Bath where the vibrations of cyrstal bowls will wash over you, creating a meditative state and promoting healing on a cellular level.
