Somatic Warrior Breathwork Class

𝗦𝗢𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗪𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗢𝗥 𝗕𝗥𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞 is a transformational breathwork journey taking place at Oceanside’s newest yoga studio, 𝙎𝑨𝘾𝑹𝙀𝑫 𝑭𝙐𝑺𝙄𝑶𝙉 𝙔𝑶𝙂𝑨, at 721 Pier View Way, second unit from corner, Oceanside, CA 92054 on Thursdays from 𝟲𝗽𝗺-𝟳:𝟯𝟬𝗽𝗺.  

This is an immersive experience awakening every cell in your body to feel transformation and revival on a cellular level. We will somatically release fears, blocks and pain allowing a deeper, more fearless version of yourself to emerge.
