Service Description

Prenatal yoga is for all levels. No yoga experience needed. This is a gentle style of yoga typically with breath work, from first trimester to the end of your third trimester. Its a time for nurturing and self care for yourself and your baby.  In Prenatal class we come together to connect in community as we practice gentle Hatha yoga postures to support your pregnancy and prepare for childbirth. We include breathing exercises and meditation to help calm the body and mind throughout your pregnancy and as your body prepares for labor and delivery.  Come connect, breathe and flow • For all stages of pregnancy • Creates a community of Mamas-to-be • Breathing exercises to calm your body & mind • Gentle Hatha yoga postures safe for pregnancy • Nurturing to your self & baby • Supports your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing
