Service Description

Cat’s vinyasa classes are Level 2, but all levels are welcome! She emphasizes careful sequences of poses to warmup your body so that you can gracefully flow from pose to pose. Beautiful music will accompany you through each class. Modifications and props will be offered and encouraged so that your safety and well-being are ensured. Come move and love your body, while quieting and relaxing your mind!
